1. Waiter minute! Who are those two?
RAF Flight Lieutenants Fairfax and Carstairs adopted numerous guises to stay hidden from the Germans but their cross-dressing turn as waitresses at Rene's cafe in Series 3 stands out somehow. It's something about their gangly, awkward appearance when standing beside Yvette and Maria...

2. Madame Rene
Rene had to masquerade as a women on a few occasions and it never failed to disturb, such as in this example from Series 2. After running away from a duel with Monsieur Alfonse, the Resistance dress Rene up as one of their girls to help him hide. You'd think the moustache would be a dead giveaway, but apparently not.

3. flaMENco
At the end of Series 8, Lieutenant Gruber and Colonel Von Strohm plan to sell the painting of the Fallen Madonna with the Big Boobies and flee to Spain with Juan Garcia but they need a suitable disguise. Cue Gruber and Strohm as flamenco dancers, which is all kinds of wrong.

4. A tree-mendous disguise
In the first episode of Series 3 - The Nicked Knockwurst - Colonel Kurt von Strohm wants to spy on Rene dropping off a ransom to get back a forged painting. It's out in the open, so the sneaky Strohm branches out with this little number and hopes Rene doesn't twig.

5. You've got to be kidding me
Some things, once seen, can never be unseen. Herr Flick dressed as a baby in a pram is one such sight. Flick adopted his most infantile disguise in order to spy on Rene retrieving some valuable paintings in Series 5. Who was wheeling the pram? Why, Helga dressed as a nurse of course.
